Nationally Age Concern campaigns for better pensions and benefits, working to improve the financial position of older people. Billions of pounds in money benefits fails to reach pensioners' pockets every year.Age Concern Surrey is sending out the clear message - ‘don't miss out, claim your benefits now'. Claiming money benefits doesn't have to be difficult and can make a real difference to people's quality of life. Age Concern Surrey offers Benefit Checks to help older people boost their income by claiming the benefits which are rightfully theirs. Our benefit advisors help older people right across Surrey. |

Contact us for help and advice
Besides helping older people to claim welfare benefits, our information and advice team answers over 4000 telephone enquiries a year from older people, their relatives and carers on a range of subjects including housing and community care. Referrals are also taken from Social Services and Health professionals. Email and postal enquiries are welcomed and these are usually answered within 48 hours. Further help may be given by writing letters, or contacting a third party if requested.
