Age Concern Surrey's Home Force can help you if you live
in the Surrey Heath area.
Our Home Force Manager will make an appointment to visit you
in your home to discuss:
- Your domestic needs
- Hours
- Cost
- Equipment required
A Home Supporter will then be assigned to help with the tasks requested.
Home Force can help you with
Domestic Help:
- Cleaning
- Shopping
- Pension and prescription collection
- Preparation of light snacks
Social Support:
- Help with writing letters
- Making telephone calls
- Short visits to monitor clients progress
Our Home Force Manager is available for you to make sure your support plan works.
Home Force is a service set up in Surrey Heath area to help clients who need short term help or who have an ongoing health problem and are on benefits.
We charge four weekly in arrears. This charge is subsidised by partnership funding from Woking PCT.
