Have you recently
- been discharged from hospital
- experienced a period of illness
- or been unable to receive help from your carer?
Our Manager will make an appointment to visit you in your home to discuss:
- The domestic help you need
- Hours
- Cost
- Equipment required
A Home Help will then be assigned to help with the tasks requested. Home Support can help and assist you with:
- Housework
- Laundry
- Shopping
- Pension and prescription collection
- Preparation of light snacks
Our Manager is available to you to make sure your support plan works
Home Support is a short-term service throughout Waverley providing help and support for six weeks to assist you to regain your independence. A further six weeks may be available.
There is an hourly charge for this service which is subsidised by partnership funding from Waverley PCT.
