Computer Drop-in Centre Volunteer
The Computer Drop-in Centre at the Guildford Riverside Centre provides access to computers and the internet. Volunteers manage the system and provide help and guidance to visitors.
Responsibilities
To help older people develop basic computer skills including:
- Email
- Internet
- Word Processing
- Photography
Skills Required
Good computing skills
Good communication skills
Understanding and empathy with older people
Hours expected
The drop-in centre is open four days a week between 09:30 and 11:30
